Infant Sleep Consultant Services:

• Consult on newborn sleep changes

• Create a routine for feeding, playing and sleeping
• Answer any pressing concerns or questions in relation to newborn behavioral/developmental changes

One hour over the phone or skype consultation to trouble shoot your newborns sleep challenges.
I will listen to your newborn’s sleep routines and evaluate the situation. During our conversation I will recommend the best ways to solve the current sleep issues. You will be left with helpful information, solutions and a sleep plan.
Included: One follow up email

$150
One hour in home visit.

• Listen to your newborn’s current sleep routines.
• Review all charts or journals in regards to to child.
• Observe sleeping arrangements and modify if needed
• Advise you on the best ways to handle the situation and provide you with helpful tips.
• Leave you with a sleep plan personalized to best fit your child’s needs.

Included: One follow up email and one 15 minute phone call

$350/month
A monthly over the phone service, where we I am available for your parenting needs.

• Listen to your newborn’s current sleep routines and address any issues that are at hand.
• Answer any pressing questions immediately in regards to sleep, general parenting advice and lactation.
• Over the phone lactation advice (for example: how to transition back to work).
• Advise you on the best ways to handle the situation and provide you with helpful tips.
• Guide you through being a new parent on a weekly basis.

Included: Unlimited emails, texts and phone calls for one month.

$500
Two hour phone, skype or in home visit.

• Listen to your newborn’s current sleep routines.
• Review all charts or journals in regards to to child.
• Observe sleeping arrangements and modify if needed
• Advise you on the best ways to handle the situation and provide you with helpful tips.
• Leave you with a sleep plan personalized to best fit your child’s needs.

Included: Unlimited emails and unlimited “quick” phone calls for one month after consultation.

15 mins. = $35.00
30 mins. = $60.00
45 mins. = $85.00
Extra hour = $125.00

Additional Fees:
Travel outside of a 20 mile radius from Mill Valley, CA  or having to cross a toll bridge = $75.00
