Postpartum Doula Services:

• Daytime or overnight care
• Sleep consulting for your newborn
• Support with breastfeeding and lactation trouble shooting
• Care of new mother in postpartum recovery (including early detection of postpartum depression)
• Newborn care assistance (bathing, cord care, soothing crying baby, etc)
• Baby wearing (use of slings, wraps and packs)
• Assistance, support and advice with breastfeeding and bottle feeding
• Calming your crying baby (colic/ gas)
• Nutritious snack or light meal preparation
• Childcare for newborn and/or other siblings while parents rest
• Household (light cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands, bottle cleaning, washing dishes)
• Pet care (walking dog, introducing dog to newborn)
• Support with referrals and community resources
• Available to travel with your family to care for your newborn

RATE: singleton $40/hr or twins $45/hr
Minimum 4 hours for day work & 8 hours for overnights
Two-week to three month commitment with family
