How convenient the location is — you’re close to shopping, commuting routes, and outdoor spaces, making everyday living straightforward while still being part of the Mill Valley community. It’s a great location if you plan to bike to San Francisco or SUP paddle board into the Bay. They just built a new beach volleyball court near the bike path. Super fun!
